The short version, in plain words. Until Eolka is registered as a company, these are our honest promises.
A digital service
Eolka is software used online, in the browser and as an installable app. Nothing is shipped; there are no physical goods.
How you receive it
When a plan or an add-on is paid for, it is switched on for your business straight away. A new business gets its logins and links by email, and we set up the business with you, usually the same day.
If something does not arrive
If a paid plan or add-on is not working for you within a day, write to support@eolka.com or WhatsApp +91 70121 70041 and we put it right.
