The short version, in plain words. Until Eolka is registered as a company, these are our honest promises.
The service
Eolka provides salon software as a monthly or yearly subscription, per branch, with the features of the plan and add-ons you choose.
Trials
A free trial lasts 14 days. At the end, you choose a plan or the trial ends; nothing is charged without your say.
Payment
Prices are before GST. Monthly plans renew each month; yearly plans each year. Setting up is charged once per branch unless waived in writing.
Your data
Your salon’s data is yours. You can ask for an export at any time, and when you leave we hand it over and then delete it.
Fair use
Use Eolka for your own business, within the law, and within WhatsApp’s rules for business messages.
