Eolka was not dreamt up in an office. It was written beside the front desk of a salon in Kerala, one problem at a time.
It started at NAYALO
NAYALO Salon de Beauté is a premium salon in Malappuram, Kerala. Like every salon, it ran on software that almost worked: bills in one place, staff on paper, WhatsApp typed by hand, and the money worked out again at night.
So we started building our own, right there at the salon. Every screen was tried at the front desk the same day. When a receptionist sighed, we changed it. When a stylist forgot to check in, the Staff app learned to only work at the salon. When the WhatsApp reminders took an hour every evening, they learned to send themselves.
Then other salons asked
Owners who saw it wanted it too. So the software that runs NAYALO became Eolka: the same apps, made for any salon, each with its own name and colours, and "powered by Eolka" in small print.
What we believe
A salon is a place of care. The software should take the busywork away and leave the people with the beautiful part. Calm screens, honest numbers, and a friendly helper, Yuki, for whatever you need.
